Client: Leading government entity
As an experienced and passionate Genesys application engineer you will be responsible for the design, implementation, optimization, and support of Genesys contact center solutions. This will include collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, configuring Genesys platforms, integrating with third-party systems, and ensuring the seamless operation of contact center environments. You will collaborate with other teams and stakeholders, such as software engineers, data analysts, product managers, and customers, to troubleshoot and resolve any issues reported.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent workplace experience.
Industry certifications such as Genesys Certified Professional (GCP), Genesys Engage Routing/IVR Certification and certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus.
